The manager of unaided school shall produce a declaration to the effect that

He will not move to Government at any time for conversion of the school as aided school

A retired qualified hand will be appointed as Headmaster

The functioning of the school will not adversely affect any Government school

The teachers will be appointed from P.S.C. List
