Religious instruction can be permitted in private schools under the conditions

That prior permission of the educational shall be obtained

That prior permission of the Director shall be obtained

That prior permission of the Govt. shall be obtained

(i) The conditions in Rule 17(1) of chapter IV of KER. (ii) State fund shall not be utilised for religious instruction. (iii) No proselitization shall be conducted and (iv) The number duration of the periods required by the syllabus shall not reduced in any way
