If any manager of an aided school neglect to perform any of the duties imposed or under KE Act or the Rules, in public interest, the management of the school may be taken over

for a period not exceeding seven years

till the manager complies with the directions in the matter

for a period not exceeding five year

for a period as decided by the Edl. Officer
