Qualification for appointment as HST (Core) in aided schools is fixed as

Post graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and BEd in the subject

Graduation in the subject, BEd in subject or language

Graduation in the concerned subject and BEd in that subject

Graduation in any subject with BEd
