An officer is on leave without allowance. If he is placed under suspension during the leave period :

The leave shall not be cancelled

The Competent Authority may cancel the leave at his discretion

The leave shall be cancelled if the employee request for such cancellation

The suspension shall have the effect cancelling the leave
