When an officer on leave with allowance is placed under suspension during the leave period :

The leave shall not be cancelled

The competent authority may cancel the leave at his discretion

The suspension shall have the effecting of cancelling the leave during the suspension period

The leave will not be cancelled but only subsistence will be given
