If an officer officiating in a post is appointed to a higher a post on the advice of the Public Service Commission, then

His pay will be fixed as per rule 28A Part I KSR without the benefit of refixation

His pay will be fixed at the minimum of the newly appointed post

His pay will be fixed as per rule 28A Part I KSR with the benefit of refixation

His pay will be fixed as per rule 30 Part I KSR
