The investigation into the performance of the work of an officer commenced on 1-8-2012 is pending and the increment of the officer is due on 1-11-2012

The increment may be drawn if approved by the Controlling Officer

The Competent Authority may order deferring of increment

The increment may be drawn on the due date with sanction from Finance Department

The increment must be drawn on 1-11-2012 irrespective of the position of the Investigation
