If an officer is transferred to foreign service while on leave, the officer

Continue to be on leave and leave salary paid by the foreign employer

Cease to be on leave from the date of transfer

Treated as joined in foreign service from the date of transfer and continue to be on leave

Continue to be on leave till the leave expires and the leave salary paid by Government
