Pay / stipend applicable to a direct recruit to the post

Pay and allowances drawn in the earlier post irrespective of the minimum of the recruited post

Minimum of the post to which recruited irrespective of the pay drawn in the earlier post

A Pay and allowances drawn in the earlier post if it is higher than the minimum of the post to which the employee is recruited
