The Service book of an employee who has resigned from service shall be retained by the Head of Office in which the employee last served :

For a period of 2 years from the date of resignation

For a period of 25 years from the date of resignation

For a period of 5 years from the date of resignation

For a period of 3 years from the date of resignation
