he request for withdrawal of resignation was received by the Authority before the resignation become effective. The Authority which accepted the resignation letter :

Should obtain the concurrence of Kerala Public Service Commission before accepting or refusing the request

Should obtain concurrence of Finance Department before accepting or refusing the resignation

May either permit to withdraw or refuse the request for withdrawal

Must permit the officer to withdraw resignation
