The amount of provisional pension that may be granted pending finalization of departmental proceedings against an employee who has retired on superannuation should not exceed :

Amount of pension which would have been admissible to him

Fifty percent of the pension which would have been admissible to him

Eighty percent of the pension which would have been admissible to him

Ninety percent of the pension which would have been admissible to him
