What is the procedure to be adopted by a Disbursing Officer when a Govt. servant occupying Govt. quarters raises a dispute in respect of rent charged on him

He should advise him to take it up with the Head of the Department

He should advise the tenant to take it up with AG

He will not conduct any correspondence but will refer the point raised to the drawing officer / Executive Enginee

He should look into the matter and settle it with him
