Before paying a bill on the authority of an order purporting to have been issued by the office of AG the treasury officer shall :

As the authorisation is from AG, he shall straight away pay the bill amount

Check the bill for its acceptance in the usual manner

In addition to the procedure at (A), verify signature on that order with the specimen furnished to him by AG
