A L.P.C. should be granted to every Government servant who retires on a pension by the Treasury Officer concerned in the case of a Gazetted Officer and drawing officer in the case of non-gazetted officer. What is the procedure to be followed in the case of LPC of a self-drawing non-gazetted officer

LPC in such cases are to be countersigned by the Head of Department

LPC in such cases should be countersigned by their immediate superior Gazetted Officer

Such officers can issue LPC to themselves

LPC is to be issued by the Treasury Officer
