Amounts which have been sent to a treasury for payment into Govt. account may be kept under “Anamath” in case :

in no case sums should be kept in Anamath if they fall in category mentioned at (A) or (B) above

the matter is left to the discretion of the Treasury Officer

orders of confirmation of a sale are awaited in the case of remittances pertaining to that category

information as to the nature of transaction is wanting
