When ever a LPC is issued by a Treasury Officer to a Gazetted Officer, in which register it is to be noted and in what manner

In the Register maintained in Form TR 111

Pay Bill Register indicating the period up to which salary has been paid

Combined Register of LPC and Pay slips. The word NIL together with the date from which payment has ceased should be written in the money column along with particulars of LPC issued
