When the first item of a TA bill of a Gazetted Officer presented at a Treasury for payment relates to a halt at a station

indication of the total number of days of halt at that station till the last day of previous month is to be given

no special notings are necessary

copy of the approved tour programme should be attached

the date of commencement of that halt should be stated in the remarks column of the bill
