If a mistake is noticed in cash book :

It should be corrected by drawing the pen through the incorrect entry and inserting the correct one in link between the lines under dated attestation by the Head of Office

the entry may be scored off and fresh entry made at the end of the page

correction may be made by over-writing over the wrong entry

wrong entry is to be erased and correct entry made
