Under the centralised salary processing system can the DDO draw and disburse the leave salary of Gazetted Officers before receipt of the leave salary slip from AG ?

Yes. Can be drawn for a period not exceeding 10 days

Yes. It can be drawn for a period not exceeding 21 days, before receipt of the pay slip and this is to be adjusted from the next bill soon after receipt of the leave salary slip from AG

Yes. In exceptional cases with the sanction of the Head of the dept.

No. only after receipt of pay slip from AG they can draw
