In the case of a bill which is payable partly in cash and partly by transfer credit to some head of account, the Treasury Officer should show separately in his payment order the amount payable in cash and by transfer respectively. In such cases, who will affix the PAID seal on the bill.

Accountant shall affix the stamps "PAID" and "Paid by transfer"

The Treasury Officer has to affix the seals "PAID" and "Paid by transfer

In respect of cash paid, the treasurer should affix the seal "PAID" on the bill and after completing necessary entries in the accounts in respect of the transfers, the Section head in the accounts department should affix the stamp "Paid by transfer" in respect of the payment by transfer

Treasurer should affix the stamps "PAID" and "Paid by transfer"
