If an order of attachment against a Govt. servant is received before a previous order of attachment has been fully complied with, what is the precedure to be followed by a Disbursing Officer ?

Recovery shall be made so long as the total amount recoverable is within the maximum permissible under the code

He shall return the second order requesting for sending it after completion of recovery of the existing order

He shall report to court that already an attachment order is in force

He shall comply with that order
