As a rule a pensioner shall take payment of his pension in person. Exemption is :

All the three categories detailed at (A), (B), (C) above

Only in respect of persons who produce evidence that they are unable to appear because of bodily illness or infirmity

Only respect of women who are not accustomed to appear in public

Only in respect of persons specially exempted by Govt.
