What are the procedures stipulated for getting a fresh Bill Book in case the Treasury Bill Book is irrecoverably lost by a Drawing Officer ?

He may report it to the Director of Treasuries and get his sanction for issue of another bill book

He may report the loss to his Controlling Officer and request him to arrange for issue of a new bill book

He may send a requisition to the Treasury Officer with his office seal reporting the loss and for issue of a fresh one. On issuing the fresh book, on the first page, the Treasury will record the fact that it is in lieu of the lost bill book. The fact will be intimated to the Controlling Officer of the Drawing Officer

He may request the Treasury Officer to issue a new bill book
