Revenue collected in one district on account of another should be credited in the treasury account of the :

Receving district under a suspense head

Receiving district under the appropriate head of A/c and the fact intimated to the appropriate departmental officer in the district concerned

Revenue pertaining to the particular district alone should be collected and those pertaining to another district has to be remitted in that district only

District to which it is due
