Do the rules provide for grant of House Building Advance to a Govt. servant for the purpose of carrying out repairs to his own house to make it habitable ?

No. HBA is admissible only for extending a house owned by the Govt. servant to make it sufficiently accommodativ

Yes, under the sanction of Govt. or other competent authority HBA can be given for the purpose indicated

No. HBA is admissible only for constructing a house on a site owmed by the Govt. servant

No. HBA rules do not cover such a case
